User Agreement

- Publicly disclose Platform content or transaction information without authorization.
III. Platform Services and Content
Nature of Services
The Platform provides folk culture courses, traditional handicrafts, and other services solely for cultural communication purposes. No actual effects (including but not limited to cultural education outcomes or symbolic meanings of handicrafts) are guaranteed. All content (including text, images, videos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.
Service Changes
We reserve the right to adjust service content, pricing, or terminate services based on business needs or legal requirements. Such adjustments or terminations may take effect without prior notice.
IV. Virtual Goods and Refund/Exchange Policies
Digital Products (Courses)
Video courses are digital products. Once purchased, they are non-refundable. Resale or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.
Traditional Handicrafts
The cultural significance of traditional handicrafts is subject to individual interpretation. By purchasing, you acknowledge that such items are intended for cultural decoration only.
- Replacement of the same item is available only for quality issues (non-human-induced damage).
- No refunds or exchanges will be provided for non-quality-related issues.
